Artpaper.com was started as an extension to an existing retail business in Asheville, North Carolina called True Blue Art. In 2001, Artpaper Inc became a qualified subsidiary of True Blue Art and now operates independently.

Our goal remains to provide quality materials, information, and instruction to our customers through qualified experience and an unreasonable dedication to art materials and their applications. We are owned and operated by professional artists and art students.

As artists we understand how the choice of materials affects the creative process and the final work.
