Placing an order with Artpaper.com has never been easier. Customers may use our shopping cart feature to place online orders securely and efficiently. Order confirmation and a customer receipt is sent via email. To view the contents of your shopping cart you may choose the "View Your Cart" option that appears at the top of every page of our catalog.

You may call us to place your order or ask questions of our service staff by phoning toll-free at (866)296-0404. All credit card orders must be placed online in order to assure the best possible security and order accuracy.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover(Novus) credit cards. We also accept money orders. We do not allow personal checks or COD. All current payment methods are available through our online shopping cart, by phone, or mail.

Standard Shipping Fees

Shipping fees in the United States are based upon actual shipping costs through a direct link to UPS. Shipments are sent UPS Ground. Tracking of your order is available at our website.

We ship anywhere in the US, Canada, and Western Europe. If our website is unable to calculate shipping costs, you need to contact us regarding shipping costs.

Special Shipping Fees

If you have a FedEx or UPS account and would like us to charge your account for shipping please call to make arrangements at (866)296-0404.

Special shipping services such as Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day are charged current rates according to shipping region and weight of package. Please call for details and to verify stock availability.

Shipments outside the United States must be arranged by phone or email and will be charged current rates. Please note that shipments made via the United States Postal Service(USPS) have no tracking capabilities.

Shipments which measure larger than 22x30" will be charged an additional Oversized Fee of $4.00. Whenever possible we ship papers rolled unless the customer requests flat shipment.

Return Policy
